Refund policy
Blue Skies Consumer Products LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), has a 30-day return policy, which means our customers and users of our services (“you”) have thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must: (i) have been sold and purchased from our website (www.shopadamia.com), (ii) be in the same condition in which you received it, and (iii) be in its original packaging, and (iv) contain at least 90% of the original material/formula purchased. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase provided by our website.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@blueskiescp.com for a return authorization number (“Return Authorization Number”). Items returned without first requesting a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Upon receiving your request for a Return Authorization Number, we will notify you whether it is approved or rejected. Please note that if your Return Authorization Number is approved, returns will need to be sent, at your sole expense, to the following address:

We are not responsible for return postage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected, or if a replacement product of comparable value will be provided instead. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded your original purchase/ payment amount to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@blueskiescp.com.
Damages and issues Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to reject any Return Authorization Request or return in our sole discretion. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make reasonable efforts to make it right.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all item warranties, express or implied, are expressly disclaimed.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We will only accept return requests from geographic locations in which we operate, which are limited to the territories of United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
